For those of you willing to leave the comfort of your cottage, we are just a stones throw from Skipsea Sands and only a few miles from Fraisthorpe beach and the treasures of Bridlington and Beverley, as well as the ‘Capital of the Wolds’  Driffield.

Lovers of the great outdoors are spoilt for choice, with a wide range of picturesque walks and cycle tracks throughout the region. And for those who prefer a good walk spoiled, we’re within easy reach of several excellent Golf courses — suitable for all levels of players.

Bempton Cliffs — home to the breeding Puffin colonies — are just a short drive away, which provide breathtaking views and a chance to see these beautiful birds in their full glory.

A range of historical houses and landmarks are also on our doorstep – you will find information in each of the cottages to help you maximise your time in this beautiful part of the country.

We’re under an hour from the North Yorkshire National Park and the fantastic cities of York and Hull, should you wish to spread your wings further.
